Miners’ Promise is delighted to be the charity partner of the Gold and Alternative Investments Conference, and their glamourous Awards Night – The Gold Ball, a partnership that we launched in 2019.

The Gold and Alternative Investments Conference showcases the latest investment opportunities, hard asset investment vehicles, new asset investment strategies and opportunities to help everyone make smart investment decisions.

The Gold and Alternative Investments Conference is delighted to be supporting this important charity and the invaluable work they do. Founder of the conference Kerry Stevenson said ‘Seeing the passion that Helen Fitzroy has for helping people in times of grief we felt that it would be important to work together to raise the profile of the great work that Helen and her team do in times of crisis’.

Miners’ Promise is extremely proud of our partnership with Kerry Stevenson and GAIC and thank you for your generous support.

October 2019 saw the unveiling of the Worthy Parts Mining Legends charity rebuild project. A wonderfully well used R2900G Loader donated by Northern Star Resources, Rand Mining and Tribune Resources was rebuilt over a 12 month period through the donation of hundreds of thousands of dollars in goods and services from service provides from around Australia (Mining Legends).

Michael and Jaymi Worthington founded Mining Legends to bring the Worthy Parts Industry Link network together to complete a charity rebuild project to provide support to families within mining communities around Australia when a mining accident or crisis occurs and to further benefit the wider mining community.

KCGM proudly purchased the rebuilt Loader which has been aptly named Michaela – in tribute to Worthy Parts Owner Michael Worthington.

Miners’ Promise is honoured to have been a beneficiary of the Mining Legends Rebuild Project that raised close to $1 million for charity. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Michael and Jaymi Worthington, the hard-working Mining Legends Board and to everyone who so generously supported this project.
